    Agami Shuts Down


    Sunnyvale-based Agami Systems, which was developing enterprise storage systems, has shut down, according to a report in the San Jose Mercury News. Agami was venture backed by Advanced Equities, Alta Partners, Apex Venture Partners, DAG Ventures, ITOCHU Corp., Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, New Enterprise Associates, and TIF Ventures. Agami employed between 80 and 100 people, located in both Sunnyvale and in Hyderabad, India.
