Aggregate Knowledge Acquired By Neustar

San Mateo-based Aggregate Knowledge, a provider of predictive analytics software for the advertising and brand marketing industry, has been acquired by Neustar, the companies said this week. Aggregate Knowledge is a developer of analytics and information services to the communications services, financial services, retail, and media and advertising sectors. Neustar did not announce the size of the acquisition, however, the deal has been reported to have been worth around $119M.
