San Mateo-based Aggregate Knowledge and CBS Mobile said today that the two have partnered to offer a new discovery and recommendation service for mobile web sites. According to the firms, CBS will use Aggregate Knowledge's technology to provide content recommendations on its mobile news web site. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new mobile recommendations feature will show what other users have clicked on and read to help users see what they might be interested in. CBS Moblie is the wireless division of CBS Interactive; Aggregate Knowledge is venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, DAG Ventures, and First Round Capital.
