San Jose-based Teja Technologies has been acquired by ARC International, in a deal worth $5M in cash. ARC International said late Sunday evening that it has acquired the key assets of Teja Technologies, including its software, key customer contracts, engineering team, and patents. According to UK-based ARC International, Teja had losses of $3.3M in December of 2006, and assets of $900,000 on March 30th. Teja develops configurable processors for media processing, and has received funding from Mayfield Fund and Intel Capital.
