Palo Alto-based Aricent, which provides technology outsourcing for the telecom industry, said Tuesday that the firm has received new funding from KKR and Bahrain-based The Family Office. Financial terms of the funding were not disclosed. Aricent said it will use the new funding to expand in the Middle East. The firm said it now has an annualized run rate of more than $470M. Aricent develops communications software for telecom providers. The firm has also previously scored funding from Sequoia Capital and Flextronics International Ltd. More information »
