San Jose-based AuditSolutions, a developer of vendor auditing tools for accounts payable departments, disclosed yesterday that it has raised $5M in a Series B funding round. the new funding came from existing investors Venrock and ATA Ventures. The funding round will go to additional management, sales, and operational hires. As part of the funding, the firm also said that it has renamed itself Lavante. More information »
