BlackArrow Adds Investment From Time Warner

San Jose-based BlackArrow, which develops systems to manage television advertising insertion, said Monday that it has added Time Warner as an investor in its Series C funding round. Financial details on the investment were not disclosed, however, BlackArrow said the new funding, plus the strategic investment from Motorola Mobility in November boosted its Series C round from $20M to $27M.
