San Mateo-based Blazent, a developer of software for managing IT outsourcing, reported Thursday that it has raised another $10M in funding. The funding came from HighBAR Ventures, KeyNote Ventures, Walden Venture Capital, and Catamount Ventures. As part of the funding, Roy Thiele-Sardina of HighBAR joins the board.
