Captricity Captures $10M

Berkeley-based Captricity, which develops a software-as-a-service for document capture for enterprise customers, has raised $10M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Atlas Venture, and also included Social+Capital. Chris Lynch of Atlas joins the company's board. The company said it has now raised a total of $14M. Other investors in Captricity include The Knight Foundation and angel investors Dave Goldberg, Reid Hoffmann and Mitch Kapor. Captricity was founded by Kuang Chen. More information »
