    Cisco Buys PostPath For $215M

San Jose-based Cisco said this morning that it has acquired Mountain View-based PostPath, a provider of email and calendering software. Cisco said it will pay approximately $215M for PostPath. Cisco said the buy would enhance the firm's existing Cisco WebEx Connect collaboration platform. PostPath's Linux-based software will become part of Cisco's Collaboration Software Group (CSG). PostPath was venture backed by JAFCO American Ventures, Matrix Partners, and Worldview Technology Partners.
