San Jose-based Cisco said today that it has acquired San Francisco-based Versly, a developer of collaboration plug-ins for Microsoft Office. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cisco said that Versly's employees will be integrated into its Collaboration Software Group (CSG).
