Citrix Buys Beetil For Help Desk Technology
Santa Clara-based Citrix said Tuesday that it has acquired Beetil, which develops cloud-based, service desk technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Beetil was based in New Zealand, and provides incident tracking, end user self-service, configuration, change management and other features for technical support. The firm will go to bolster Citrix GoToAssist.
