Redwood City-based CubeTree, a developer of enterprise social networking and collaboration software, said today that it has raised $8m in a Series B funding. The round was led by InterWest Partners, an also included Trinity Ventures. Bruce Cleveland of InterWest joins the company's board as part of the funding. CubeTree's hosted, social networking platform includes wiki, blog, and file sharing capabilities. The firm said the company has raised $12M to date. More information »
