Novato-based Diamics announced today that it has closed on a round of convertible debt financing. Amount of the round was not disclosed. Diamics, which develops products for cancer screening and diagnostics, said that the round included high net worth individuals. The firm said that it is closing in on an $8M Series A equity funding, which includes $2M from a strategic partner.
