Foster City-based Entelos said today that it has acquired Mountain View-based Iconix Biosciences, in a deal worth $14.1M plus earn-out of up to $25M. Iconix Biosciences develops predictive toxicology products for the drug discovery industry. Entelos said that Iconix will become part of its Technology and Services division, and will consolidate some administrative and operational positions to its Foster City headquarters.
