Federated Media Buys Foodbuzz

San Francisco-based Federated Media Publishing, the online advertising firm providing ad representation to blog publishers, said Wednesday evening that it has acquired Foodbuzz, an online community of bloggers focused on food topics. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Federated Media said that Foodbuzz has relationships with more than 4,400 independent food bloggers, with more than 14 million unique visitors per month. Ben Dehan, Founder and CEO of Foodbuzz, joins Federated Media as part of the acquisition.
