Mountain View-based social browser developer Flock has been acquired by social games developer Zynga, according to the firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Flock was venture backed by Shasta Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Catamount Ventures and Fidelity Ventures.
