Private equity firm Francisco Partners said this morning that it has acquired Cross Match Technologies, a developer of biometric identity management systems and software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cross Match, which was founded in 1996, and was based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The firms said that Cross Match was advised by Lazard in the deal, along with Hogan Lovells US LLP. Francisco was advised by Kirkland & Ellis.
