Mountain View-based Google said Thursday afternoon that it has closed its acquisition of Admob. Google originally said it would buy AdMob in November of last year. The deal was originally worth $750M in stock. The FTC said last Friday that it would not block the acquisition, clearing the way for the deal to complete.
