Intacct Gets $45M More

San Jose-based cloud-based accounting and finance software provider Intacct said today that it has raised $45M more in funding, led by Battery Ventures. The company said the round included $30M in equity from Battery plus Bessemer Venture Partners, Costanoa Venture Capital, Emergence Capital, Sigma Partners, and Split Rock Partners, and Morgan Creek Capital Management. The remaining $15M came as a debt funding from Silicon Valley Bank. Battery's Chelsea Stoner joins Intacct's board with the funding. More information »
