Mountain View-based SabSe Technologies, which was co-founded by HotMail co-founder Sabeer Bhatia, said Monday that it has acquired Menlo Park-based Jaxtr, a provider of voice-over-IP services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to SabSE, it will maintain and expand the Jaxtr service, alongside SabSE's own hosted PBX and and other telephony applications.
