    Jivox Pulls In $2.7M


    San Mateo-based Jivox said today that it has raised $2.7M in a seed funding round for the firm's video advertising platform. The firm said the funding was led by Opus Capital, and also included unnamed individual investors plus the firm's founder. Jivox said the funding will go towards further development of its online video advertising platform. The firm's platform is focused on local and small businesses.
