Juniper Pays $152M For Trapeze Networks




Sunnyvale-based Juniper Networks said Tuesday that it has agreed to pay $152M in cash for Trapeze Networks, the developer of enterprise wireless local area network (WLAN) systems and software. Juniper is buying Trapeze Networks from Belden, a St. Louis-based manufacturer of cables, networking products, industrial automation, and other products.
