TWiT, LLC, and Leo Laporte, which produces the This WEEK in TECH podcast (usually referred to as TWiT), has sued video sharing site Eatlime over trademark infringement. A docket on the case was filed with the California Northern District Court on July 24th. The filing comes shortly after the launch of a new, Twitter video sharing site by Eatlime called TwitVid. The case number is 5:2009cv03411.
