Mountain View-based LinkedIn has set the pricing range for its IPO, saying this morning that it anticipates the initial public offering price for the firm's IPO to be between $32.00 and $35.00 per share. The firm is selling 7,840,000 shares of its stock on the New York Stock Exchange as LNKD. LinkedIn is backed by Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
