Marin Software Files For IPO

San Francisco-based Marin Software, has filed for an IPO, saying that it is looking to raised $75M in an IPO on the NYSE. The firm, which develops online advertising software, said it intends to trade under the symbol MRIN. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman Sachs & Co., Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Stifel, and Wells Fargo Securities. Marin Software is venture backed by Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures, Temasek Capital, Focus Ventures, and Crosslink Ventures, among others.
