Menlo Park-based MashLogic, a developer of browser extensions for enhancing web pages, has raised $2.5M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm this morning. No details on the funding were announced, however, New Enterprise Associates' Krishna Kolluri is now listed as a board member. MashLogic raised a round of funding from Scott Kurnit, Reid Hoffman, Gil Penchina, Jeff Clavier, and Bessemer Venture Partners in June. More information »
