Yahoo has launched a new set of content initiatives for its popular Yahoo Finance site, saying today that it has upgraded the site to add new stock charts, a new ability for third party sites to publish stock charts and news headlines, enhanced stock message boards, as well as aggregated business news video. Yahoo said that it has lauched a news video initiative to aggregate business news clips from ABC.com, CNN.com, Forbes.com, and SmartMoney, and will also feature video from additional outlets. Yahoo also added Yahoo Badges, a feature that allows blog publishers and other web sites to add stock charts, quotes, and news from Yahoo Finance to any web site or blog.
