Oracle Buys Sigma Dynamics
Redwood Shores-based Oracle has purchased the assets of San Mateo-based Sigma Dynamics, a provider of real-time, predictive analytics software. Terms were not disclosed. Oracle said this morning that it will combine Sigma's software with its Oracle Business Intelligence Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware. Sigma Dynamics technology has been used for the Siebel Real-Time Decisions product.
