Agilent Buys PXIT In Asset Deal
Santa Clara-based Agilent is in a deal to acquire the assets of PXIT, a Lexington, Massachusetts provider of optical transceiver testing products. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PXIT provides signal integrity testing products used by broadband optical transceiver manufacturers.
