Agilent Completes PXIT Acquisition
Santa Clara-based Agilent Technologies said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of PXIT, a provider of signal integrity testing systems for broadband optical transceiver manufacturers. The deal, which was announced earlier this month, includes all of PXIT's employees in Massachusetts. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
