Intuit Gets Clearance For Digital Insight Acquisition
Mountain View-based Intuit announced yesterday that the 30-day waiting period required under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, over the firm's proposed acquisition of Digital Insight by Intuit expired January 17th, clearing the way for Intuit's $1.35B acquisition of Digital Insight. Digital Insight is a provider of online banking services for credit unions and banks. The firms said Digital Insight stockholders will vote on the proposed merger on February 6. The deal was announced in November.
