Trimble Buys INPHO GmbH
Sunnyvale-based Trimble said today that it has acquired INPHO GmbH, a German provider of photogrammetry and digital surface modeling for aerial surveying, mapping and remote sensing application. Financial terms were not disclosed. INPHO's software is used for processing geospatial information. INPHO will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Trimble.
