Virtugo Software Acquired by uxComm
San Mateo-based Virtugo Software, a provider of performance and service level management tools for virtualized systems, has been acquired by Oregon-based uXcomm. uxComm said today that it has acquired the assets of Virtugo Software, and has assumed responsibility for all sales and support contracts for the firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. uXcomm also said it is retaining several key members of the Virtugo staff.
