Mimosa Raises $17M
Santa Clara-based Mimosa Systems said today that it has raised $17M in a Series C financing. The round was led by Mayfield Fund, along with existing investors Clearstone Venture Partners, August Capital and JAFCO Ventures. Mimosa develops content archiving systems used for email archiving, e-discovery, for the storage and compliance market. Mimosa said the funding will go toward enhancing the firm's sales and marketing activities.
