Synnex Acquires Interest In HiChina Web Solutions
Fremont-based SYNNEX said today that it has purchased the controlling interest of China Civilink (Cayman) which operates HiChina Web Solutions, a e-commerce company providing domain name registration, web site hosting and design in the Chinese market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. HiChina is headquartered in Beijing, China, and employs approximately 360 employees.
