Endwave Acquires ALC Microwave
San Jose-based Endwave Corporation, a provider of high-frequency RF modules for the telecommunications industry, announced last night that it has acquired ALC Microwave in a $6.6M cash deal. ALC provides amplifier subsystems used for early warning radars, missile guidance systems, and other defense systems. ALC employs 40 and is located in El Dorado Hills, and had revenues of approximately $5.5M in 2006.
