Neon Software Acquired By SolarWinds
Lafayette, California-based Neon Software, a maker of network visualization software for the network management market, has been acquired. Texas-based SolarWinds, a developer of network management software, said today that it acquired Neon Software, but did not disclosed terms of the deal. SolarWinds said that the acquisition will add discovery, mapping, and visualization technology from Neon to its range of network management solutions.
