Agilent Technologies Completes Stratagene Buy
Santa Clara-based Agilent Technologies said Thursday that it compelted its acquisition of Strategene, a developer of specialized life science research and diagnostic products. The deal was worth $250m. Agilent said the acquisition would strengthen its life science offerings in genomics and proteomics. The deal was originally announced in April.
