Cleantech Networks Buys Inside Greentech
San Francisco-based The Cleantech Network said yesterday that it has acquired Inside Greentech, an industry tradepublication. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cleantech Network said that Inside Cleantech will be rebranded as Cleantech.com, and will be the flagship publication of Cleantech Media. Dallas Kachan, founder and publisher of Inside Greentech, will join The Cleantech Network as part of the deal.
