Nuance, Jingle In Strategic Partnership
Nuance Communications, a provider of speech recognition software, and Jingle Networks, operator of the 1-800-FREE411 service, said today that the two are in a strategic partnership. The two firms said that Jingle will use technology from Nuance to enhance its overall customer experience, and that Nuance will refer and market Jingle's ad platform to its customers. Jingle provides a directory assistance service paid for through advertising messages.
