Stratify Acquired By Iron Mountain
Mountain View-based Stratify a provider of electronic evidence discovery services for the legal market, has been acquired by Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain said it will pay approximately $158M in cash for Stratify, and use the firm to augment its other eDiscovery services. Electronic discovery is used by law firms and corporations as part of compliance and litigation support. Stratify will become a division of Iron Mountain digital. Stratify was venture backed by Mobius Venture Capital and In-Q-Tel.
