InsideView Acquires TrueAdvantage
San Bruno-based InsideView said today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire TrueAdvantage, a provider of sales intelligence and lead generation software. Financial terms were not disclosed. TrueAdvantage is based in Southborough, Mass. InsideView said that it will offer TrueAdvantage customers migration to its sales and marketing intelligence application. TrueAdvantage is venture backed by Rustic Canyon, Atlas Venture, Longworth Venture Partners, Baird Venture Partners, Long River Capital Partners, and Village Ventures.
