Environmental Software Providers Acquired For $20M
Mountain View-based Environmental Software Providers, a provider of software for tracking corporate sustainability programs, has been acquired in a $20M cash deal. According to Colorado-based IHS, the firm acquired Environmental Software Monday, along with another environmental firm, Dolphin Software. Environmental Software Providers (ESP) develops software used to manage greenhouse gas emissions; air, water and waste management; along with regulatory compliance.
