Taleo Buys Vurv
Dublin, California-based Taleo, a developer of software as a service for talent management, said earlier this week that it has agreed to acquire Vurv Technology for approximately $128.8M in cash and stock. Vurv develops talent management software, and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Taleo said that the deal is expected to close in Q2. Vurv was venture backed by QuestMark Partners and Tudor Ventures.
