Mimosa Takes $17M For Email Archiving
Santa Clara-based Mimosa Systems said today that it has raised a $17M round of mezzanine financing. The round was led by Focus Ventures, and also included current investors August Capital, Clearstone Venture Partners, JAFCO Ventures and Mayfield Fund. Mimosa Systems develops content archiving software for email and other data. According to Mimosa, the new funding will go towards global expansion. The new round brings the company's total venture capital raised to more than $51.5M.
