Loopt Adds Blackberry Support
Mountain View-based Loopt, the Sequoia Capital and New Enterprise Associates-backed startup focused on social mapping and communications, said today that its location based service is now available for free on Blackberry phones to users on Sprint, Alltel, T-Mobile, and AT&T. The firm's application allows users to see what their friends are and what they are doing using an interactive mobile phone application, which features an interactive map, geo-tagging features, and connection into social networking and blog sites.
