Intoto Acquired By Freescale
Santa Clara-based Intoto, a developer of embedded software for the networking and communications equipment market, has been acquired by Freescale. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Freescale said that it will incorporate Intoto's technology and talent to optimize system performance, streamline development and enhance software support for its QorIQ multicore processors. Intoto also has operations in Hyderabad and Chennai, India.
