Adura Technologies Finds $5M
San Francisco-based Adura Technologies said today that it has raised $5M in a Series A investment for its turn-key wireless lighting management systems. The firm said the round was co-led by VantagePoint Venture Partners and Claremont Creek Ventures. Adura develops systems used for automatically reducing the use of electricity in commercial buildings; the firm's software connects to building management systems and monitors and controls lighting using wireless mesh technology. Lee Burrows of VantagePoint joins Adura's board along with the funding.
