Mountain View-based Google said Thursday that it has opened up Google Friend Connect, a service which allows webmasters to add social networking features to their web sites. According to Google, the new service allows users to easily sign into a website, share personal profiles, and interact with friends. The new service can use Google, Yahoo, AOL, or OpenID logins, and connects to other social networking services.
